It seems that Apple’s ipad is easily the IT product of the year. It is so convenient for the media companies which are hoping to get readers, viewers, and gamers to pay for their content. However, there is equivalent impact on enterprise IT. There need to be more ipad accessories and gadgets for the up-to-the-minute executive, which may beyond their current status.

Based on interviews with early adopters and enterprises evaluating the tablet, the iPad with its high quality screen, long battery life, light weight and ease-of-users, is emerging as a tool for many enterprise users to access e-mail, calendar and corporate documents.

There is lot business man praise the long battery life of ipad. Such as the man who spends a lot of time on international flights and being able to work for 10 or 11 hours is a huge benefit. For some users the size of the iPad is also a perfect fit. It is maybe annoy a lot when they with laptops are too cumbersome and the screens on smartphones are too small, while the ipads are just right.

 If came to the conclusion of the iPad, it is perfect for taking down notes at meetings, and stopped using paper notepads, not only it can be used for managing e-mail and reading documents, you also can then use any of the available applications to boil down the notes to a to-do-list, which is what you usually want to do after a meeting.

There is one problem is that it can’t be used at low temperatures, but it is a common problem for all touchscreens. And the negative consequences of the ipad is that it can not be allowing users to choose the products they want to use themselves simply isn’t worth it,

After nearly a year of time, ipad have marketed pretty much to itself indeed, there are some serious competitors of ipad come out. The first Android-based tablets are starting to ship, and they will soon be followed by a wide variety of portable devices or laptop accessories, some of which should give the iPad a run for its money.

Other than the first Android slates, there are other four tablets: three with 7-in. screens — the Archos 70 Internet Tablet, the Samsung Galaxy Tab and the ViewSonic ViewPad 7 — and the 10-inch Archos 101 Internet Tablet. It is said Palm and parent company Hewlett-Packard will introduce three models of the tablet at the Consumer Electronics Show next month, hoping to give iPad some competition. All these models will run the WebOS operating system. The FOX report said that the new tablet’s specs are “nearly identical” to the iPad and will run on Sprint’s 4G network.

As the time goes by, there is also opening door to competing products with the computer technology’s development. The competition from the growing number of Android-based tablets and products based on other platforms, including Research in Motion’s upcoming PlayBook would get the same chances for gaining the most amount of share.
